What should I do if I forget my password?
Click Forgot Password provide your registered email and follow the instructions sent to your inbox to reset your password securely.
How do I post a product for sale?
After logging in click Sell and fill in the product title description contact details and images. Once completed select an ad bundle and make payment.
What is an ad bundle and how does it work?
Ad bundles allow you to post multiple listings with enhanced visibility. Each bundle is valid for 30 days and unused ads are stored in My Wallet for future use within the validity period.
Can I edit or delete my listing?
Yes. Navigate to your dashboard select the listing and choose edit or delete. Changes will be applied immediately.
How do I make a payment for ad bundles?
Payments are processed via highly secure third-party gateways. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase safely.
Can I get a refund for my purchase?
Users can request a refund within 7 days if an ad bundle purchase fails or the ads are not delivered as promised. Submit an appeal with screenshots and proof of payment. Our team will review and take action depending on the situation.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. Your card and transaction details are encrypted and securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We never store your sensitive payment information.
